Thanks. I'm familiar with de Grey's work, and while I think he's doing
excellent work, I think he grossly overestimates the speed with which we'll
accomplish his suggestions (I think he asserts that with proper funding, we
could fulfill his septapartite program within 20 years). Also, I'm afraid that
there could be other problems that we don't know about.
I'm sticking to neurogenetics, I suppose, because when the AIs come, they'll
have to consult SOMEBODY. :)
