Aside from probably not needing a PhD in some of these subjects, like
someone mentioned earlier, you also don't have to spend 5 years getting
a PhD in each of those subjects. A lot of these subjects are related,
so courses you take for one PhD can be applied towards another PhD as
well, as an elective, for example. Also, most of the time spent in
getting a PhD is in research and dissertation and stuff, which can be
very similar too at times. And what about courses like Grant Writing
for [whatever]-Scientists? You don't need to take that course 20
times...!
