Hi,
I'm a Linux kernel programmer by day, and dabble in anti-spam
systems at night (for some values of day and night, as is
typical for software developers). I've studied a little bit
of artificial intelligence at University, but did not feel
like the state of the art in the 1990's was very likely to
achieve strong AI.
Recent changes in technology, some of which I've seen in
action in anti-spam systems, have made me hopeful that AI
may become possible.
Hence me joining SL4.
cheers,
Rik
