Pet data structures? Not really... whatever works in a given situation.

Perfect programming environment? It'll never happen... but the one to
choose for AGI should have both wide availability and good tools.

Availability: so that you can find good people to 'plug in' to you team
without long ramp-up times.

Good tools: so that the team can be efficient.
