I don't know exactly how to read "whatever actually happens" but I get
the sense that you, among others, are proposing the enaction of a
tyrany...
I cannot condone that.
I must insist uppon absolute personal freedom, the rule of law, and
democratic principles. The existance of an entity equivalent to the sum
total of all enteligences on this planet on this date does not change
the importance of these principles one iota or my devotion to them.
