Some of the most valuable knowledge is "know-how", i.e. advanced cognitive
~procedural~ knowledge
The mind integrates declarative knowledge ("facts") with procedural
knowledge
("specialized processing") in subtle ways. Most deep domain knowledge is
actually
a web of facts and procedures...
