Just offering mainly to help NY people (ie, people that he can more easily
help local to him), or anyone that wants to sign up/tried to but got
stalled/tangled in red tape?
Either way, thank him for making that effort, and if he's interested in
helping out those of us elsewhere, I may take him up on it. (I tried a bit
back then got tangled in hoops to jump through, have been going to bunch of
docs lately anyways, hopefully will have everything needed to make insurance
company happy within a couple months)
