FYI, I bought my copy of Ben's The Hidden Pattern as a PDF online for $12 at
<http://www.universal-publishers.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Product_Code=1129890PDF>
It is password protected, so I had to spend a bit more time to make it
indexable and annotatable in my library.
