What a strange comment. Do you think this is true in general, or is it a
special feature of the questions asked?
If the latter, then why did a whole bunch of questions Wei Dai asked all
have this special feature?
If the former, what if someone from 1700 CE asked you how fire works?
Would you say "I know the answer, but I am not able to communicate it to
you"?
