Yes. Automatic "intelligent" data classification and transformation
comes first. The computer revolution is stuck at a point where most
information workers are grinding a metaphorical barrel organ. We've
had a single "jump" in human productivity in the 90s as people learned
to effectively use the 80s technology, but by now organizations are so
overloaded with information they basically pay an army to sort it out.
Of course, that's because I think the singularity is an economic event
triggered by technology.
