I would like to point out that after singular mind should be intrested how often civilizations create a Singularity and so how much is its chance to meet another one in the next galaxi.
So, it should create a lot of near singular world models in order to calculate the exact probability of the S.
This amount will be much more then amount of real worlds, that didn't reach S, because all of them will be included in that simalations.
