I didn't mean "what's the highest shock level in the book", but, "what
is the distribution of word count over shock levels". IIRC there's a
ton of SL1 and SL2 stuff in the book, which no one has mentioned.
There is also SL4 stuff. My question has to do with the relative
preponderance of each, and I suppose also whether he makes gradual
transitions from SL1 to SL4.
