Maybe the Uploading you are referring to isn't a valid singularity path, but
surely a mind simulated on some level of resolution would be functionally
intelligent, and could thus be upgraded to more and more powerful computers
(with more and more functional mind "tools" at it's disposal)- thus
Singularity. Just because the upload isn't a continuation of *you* doesn't
mean it can't be an active, functioning intelligent process.
