Couple of things:
1. This is actually about virus detection, which is *VERY*
different from general "computer security skills".
2. The person needing the work wants close contact between the
person who picks it up and the SIAI, i.e. for the person who picks
it up to be working through the SIAI, because the contract requires
use of a non-profit or someone in the university system. Is the
SIAI aware of this?
