I have found many free online resources, even some of comparable quality to
the books mentioned, however it is scattered around different sites and one
has to go looking for it. The "printed book format" still provides an
excellent medium for Obtaining access to scientific journal databases can
also be problematic, unless one is a student or professor.

I have these books, and Eliezer (note spelling) is correct. The first book
in the series is "Judgement Under Uncertainty: Heuristics and Biases", and
the second book "Heuristics and Biases".
One more thing: When looking for the Jaynes book, be sure to get the one
entitled: "Probability Theory. The Logic of Science". Jaynes has another
publication: "E.T. Jaynes: Papers on Probability, Statistics and Statistical
Physics" which is good, but quite difficult unless one is at graduate level
in math and physics.
