There is also the Kurzweil book coming out later this year which will
likely address some of your desired points. It almost certainly won't
hit all of them though, and probably will not be written from the exact
perspective you might want.
I know Tyler is working with him to setup some cross promotion, perhaps
you two should talk and see if your guide / book idea could fit in with
it somehow so that you could utilize any increased awareness of the
subject matter.
