I think we can say pretty definitively that as long as we're using these
Neumann-type computers there's no fear of that happening. For example, the
psychologist Carl Jung had a theory of the collective unconscious, which
stated that humans and animals were all connected on a fundamental
psychological level and became the basis for much if not all of the work in
psychology that followed it.
