I will register my current opinion of your assertions
as a percentage, with 0 being complete
disagreement/you're flat wrong and 100 being complete
agreement/you're right.

So I (as a layman with less credentials than an
expensive dog or a reporter for the Weekly World News)
think you're probably but not certainly right on
claims 1 and 2, perhaps right on some form of
panpsychism but probably wrong that it can be
(usefully) measured, and on very thin ice with claim
4.
