We need more minds to think about remarkable sayings for new website
graphics.
1. Volunteer button, to be placed at the site's left sidebar area.
2. Donate button, to be placed as the volunteer button.
For an example of each clickable button, see http://www.georgewbush.com. (I
apologize if you'd rather not visit that site, but its buttons are examples
of what's in mind, even though they're not especially remarkable.)
3. Intro text that will be created as a "text graphic" (possibly with
background) for the site's main page. Draft:
The Singularity Institute is a leading research organization for the
pursuit of humane AI and responsible intelligence enhancement - a
mission of immense potential. Please view our introduction, subscribe
to our bulletin, support us, or volunteer your time.
That last sentence would have the appropriate links.
4. Free E-Bulletin subscription button, to be placed at the site's left
sidebar area or somewhere else.
Since gathering email addresses is *the* pillar of online donor raising (see
http://news.gilbert.org/gem/), it's very important to have a good
subscription button - something that entices people to click.
For examples, see:

http://www.sethgodin.com/ (lower-left area)
http://www.naral.org (upper-right area)
http://www.donordigital.com (upper-right area)
We're looking to have the buttons done by Friday.
Thanks in advance for any ideas you share.
