The ISP where sl4.org is hosted is currently experiencing a DOS attack
on port 6667 so the admins have temporarily blocked that port at the
firewall. The block will last as long as the attack and no one seems
to know how long that will be.
In the meantime you can access the IRC server on port 6668.
