Regardless of whether transhumans need clocks, having
trillions of years (at least) at their disposal, I
doubt any of our units of measurement will be in use
after the Singularity. Transhumans could simply
measure everything in terms of a hydrogen atom (not
moving at a significant relativistic speed)- unlike
us, they will not be prone to lousy math or poor
memories when dealing with big numbers.
