Acting as if you don't have free will reduces to the absurd, and looks
stupid very quickly upon analysis. I would agree that we have to act as
though we have free will whether we do or not if for no other reason than it
is probably the most efficient behavior. You certainly don't gain anything
by "acting" as though you don't have free will.
