The common figure referred to in semiconductor
process descriptions is the 'DRAM half pitch'
which is half the center-to-center spacing of
parallel circuit lines in a DRAM chip. When
chip makers refer to the 130 nm feature size
they are introducing this year, that is the
particular feature they are referring to. For
